I enjoy life. I choose habits that contribute to my happiness and success. My heart is light. I think positive. I look on the bright side.
I motivate myself to take risks by focusing on what I have to gain. I take pride in my accomplishments and give myself credit for making progress. I learn from experience. I view setbacks as an opportunity to learn and grow.
I manage stress. I find ways to relax that work for me. I listen to my favorite music or take a walk outdoors. I calm my mind with meditation and prayer.
I practice forgiveness. I let go of resentments and grudges. I wish others well even when they disappoint me. I forgive myself too. I accept myself as I am, and move on.
I cultivate gratitude. I count my blessings and give thanks.
I spend time with family and friends. I surround myself with a strong network of love and support. I plan family dinners and outings. I invite my friends to join me when I go shopping or work out.
I remember to laugh and smile. I tell my family stories about the funny things that happen at work. I show others that I am happy to see them.
Today, I create routines that help me to remain cheerful and upbeat. My heart is brimming over with joy and positivity.
